Our Approach;
Step 1- Site Analysis.We will personally visit you at your site to see the project and understand the scope of work.
Step 2- Design Fee Agreement. Once the scope of work is determined a design fee will be established and agreed upon.
Step 3- Design Survey. Our custom tailored design survey helps you communicate your wants, needs, and budget.
Step 4- Measure and Draft base plan. The Project is accurately measured and drafted. We never solely rely on plot plans or aerial photographs. By hand measuring we ensure accurate cost estimates and materials list.
Step 5- Presentation. We meet with you on site or at our office to clearly present our vision for your property. Included in each presentation are our exclusive plant data and care sheets DIY Manuals, etc..
Step 6- Bids and Installation. We provide all of the information you need to install the project yourself, or shop our preferred contractors for competitive prices.
Step 7- Follow Up. We take pride in our designs and will periodically check in with you to answer any questions, or to help with any aspect of the landscape project. We are available at any time by phone or E-Mail.
